Looking to get a “dancer’s body”? You’ve already got one! iAlign Fit focuses on whole-body health and movement, with special attention paid to posture, strength, sculpting, and flexibility. We’ve partnered with some amazing instructors from the Triad to offer virtual live and pre-recorded classes Monday through Friday. We’ve got classes in barre, yoga, creative movement, HIIT, and even kung-fu.
Each class offers beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels, so don’t be afraid to try out a class you’re unsure about! A monthly subscription to a class is $25, while monthly access to two or more classes is $50. But don’t forget—if you’re enrolled in our dance classes, you get 50% off iAlign Fit.

High-intensity interval training sessions, aka HIIT, are repeated high-intensity efforts followed by varied recovery times. Alternating between short and intense bursts of exercise and less intense active recovery has been shown to be more effective for heart health, toning, and strength gain than traditional cardio and strength training but in less time.

Optional: Light or medium dumbbells, exercise mat, yoga ball, resistance bands
Yoga is an accessible form of exercise that can aid in great whole-body health. Each class uses a restorative style of discipline for physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga uses low-risk and slow-progressive movements to reduce muscle tension, and it can improve posture & flexibility.

Optional: Yoga stool, yoga block
Creative movement uses structured exercises to help explore the creative side of music and movement. In this class, you can improve your physical skills and energy, stimulate your imagination and promote creativity. Creative movement uses body actions to not only improve fitness, but to also communicate using movement as a language.

Optional: Exercise mat and journal
Barre helps tone and strengthen the body by using focused movements and repetitions at a higher tempo to work each muscle to capacity. Each sequence is designed to raise your metabolic rate, shed pounds, as well as reduce cellulite.
Equipment Needed: Sturdy chair or ballet barre
Optional: Dumbbells – Light or medium dumbbells, exercise mat, yoga ball, resistance bands
This combination of martial arts stretching and meditation is prime for balance and fitness. We take time-tested martial arts techniques used by monks and pair them with a full-body workout system.
